Farm to Table
About
(Fictional story) Ancil Jacques was fascinated by the way Asians used mushrooms as a meat substitute in their vegetarian dishes during his travels to Asia in 2008. After the trip, he began to research why Asians love to incorporate various types of mushrooms into their daily meals. It turns out that mushrooms are rich in selenium, which can boost the immune system. Additionally, mushrooms are referred to as the "kings of vegetarian dishes" and "vegetarian meat" in Asian cultures.
